Format:
Qualifying: Bowl 6 games, moving to a different pair each game. Top 8 will advance to round robin match play, where winners will be awarded 30 bonus pins per match (15 for each player if there is a tie). After 13 games, there will be one final position round game (with bonus pins). High 14 game total+bonus pins will determine the champion.
Who is eligible?
Anyone looking to bowl this event may! This is a scratch event, and youth are eligible! IF WE HAVE AT LEAST 3 FEMALES, THE TOP FINISHER IS GUARANTEED AT LEAST $150.
Side Action:
I will be running brackets for games 1-3 and 4-6 (youth are NOT eligible to enter brackets). I will allow a max of 25 $2 brackets for each set, as well as a maximum of 50 $5 brackets each set, bringing a max out in brackets at $600.
I will be running a game pot that will be $25 (youth ARE eligible). Each game will contribute $3 to the pot, series for games 1-3 will cover $3, and the 6 game total will cover $3. The additional $1 will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Survivor pot will be $10 (youth ARE eligible) and will cover games 2-6.
Lane Condition:
The pattern(s) will be sport compliant and details will be released in advance to the tournament date. They will be tricky, yet scoreable for various types of players.
