FINALLY!! Ohio has needed a State Masters Event for years and the time has finally come!! Starting with the first annual Ohio State Masters, we plan to have this event in a Major City across the State, year after year with the Date always focused around Labor Day Weekend!

(Bowler must have a minimum of 9 games bowled during the 2017-2018 season)

Youth Bowlers will be permitted to bowl.

Tournament Details:
Entry Fee - $100 (If paid by Cash, Check or PayPal before Aug 19th) After Aug 19th, Entry fee will be $125.
Squad Times - 9am and 2pm (NO RE ENTRY)
Check In - 8am and 1pm
Pay Ratio - 1/5 (36 cash spots based on 180 entries)
Oil Pattern - Kegel Challenge Pattern - (Similar to State Tournament Condition)
Finals - Top 32 will make Sunday Match Play Bracket

Format:
Each Squad will bowl 5 qualifying games. The Top 75 scores combined from both squads, will advance to bowl 6 more games, Saturday Night at 7pm. Pins will carry over into the night block. (THE TOP 32 SCORES AFTER 11 QUALIFYING GAMES WILL ADVANCE TO SUNDAY MATCH PLAY BRACKET FINALS)
The Sunday Finalists will be seeded into a 32 person, bracket format where they will bowl 3 game, single elimination TOTAL PIN FALL matches until we have a Champion

Prizefund will be based off of 180 entries and sponsorships!! With 180 Entries and Sponsorships, we project to pay:

1st Place - $2500 + $500 USBC Masters Entry
32nd Place - $350
Cashers - $250

BRACKETS, JACKPOTS and ELIMINATORS will be Available during all of qualifying

If one squad is very full compared to the other, we will make squad adjustments as needed to even out squads. Squad Time can only be secured with full entry!! FORMAT
Qualifying: 5 games across 5 pairs of lanes.
Eliminator Rounds: Cut to top 14 (based on 54 entries). All qualifying pins are dropped, and all pins are dropped after each round. If we get to a round of 3, it will be the final match
Elim. Round 1: Top 14 bowl 2 games on 2 pairs of lanes, cut to top 8
Elim. Round 2: Top 8 bowl 2 games, cut to top 4
Elim. Round 3: Top 4 bowl 1 game, cut to top 2
Elim. Round 4: Top 2 bowl 1 game for the title.
Prize Ratio: A minimum of 1 in 3 entries will cash in this event, and 1 in 4 entries will qualify for the Eliminator rounds

GUARANTEE OF 5 GAMES

First round will be 3 games TOTAL PINS. After the first round the winners bracket will continue doing 3 games total pins while the losers bracket will be doing 2 games total pinfall.

If the Losers Bracket Winner beats the Winners Bracket Winner, the Final match will be 2 games.

Seeding will be a random draw, need to have all entries paid a week prior to the Tournament to set up the seeding.
